Returns
Eligibility: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return an item. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How to Return
- Initiate Return: Contact us at info@kimaya.online with your order number and reason for return.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error. Use a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
